Team Associated has taken this No Prep Drag Racing thing to another level, that level being a table top, kitchen floor or any other small space that you could run a 1/28 scale drag car! Yes, you read that right, the AE team has announced the DR28, a tiny Dragger based on their 1/28 scale platform that features a 2.4GHz radio system, 2-in-1 receiver/ESC unit, proportional servo and drag-inspired body, wheels and tires. It even comes with a LiPo battery installed and ready to rock!
What We Like:
The DR28 is sure to be a huge hit, giving anyone a chance to race almost anywhere – no track setup – just straight line action! I have one of their other 1/28 scale rides and they’re pretty cool, however not massive performance machines. But that’s ok – if everyone is equal, it elevates the fun factor! I’ll be getting one of these for sure!
What We’re Not Sure About:
Ummm, more body colors. More wheel options. Let’s trick these little guys out cosmetically!
