Yeah Racing has added a new aluminum steering rod link set to their inventory. This setup fits the Axial SCX24 and includes everything you need to make the swap!
What We Like:
Adding aluminum in place of plastic will definitely help increase the steering and responsiveness in any car. We like that it includes both the drag link and steering rod as well as replacement balls and o-rings (to help take up any slop). New screws and the black anodizing are also nice touches.
What We’re Not Sure About:
Adding aluminum in place of plastic will definitely add more strain to your steering servo, especially if it does not include metal gears. Be prepared to upgrade the servo as well.
