Thunder Power RC is excited to announce that eight wins were powered by TPRC Z3R motors and or batteries at the 2012 Snowbird Nationals.
LAS VEGAS, NV; February 13, 2012 – The 2012 Snowbird Nationals took place in Orlando, Florida. The Snowbird Nationals has become one of the World’s most prestigious and recognized RC events. The January 31st – February 5th race event, attracted more than 400 entries to compete for top honors –including the coveted diamond rings. The top finishers in oval and road racing each are awarded a Snowbird Championship ring. Paul Lemieux competed against a world-class field of drivers to bring home the on-road championship ring.

TPRC Wins at 2012 Snowbirds Results:
• 1/12th Scale Modified GTP –Paul Lemieux TQ and 1st Place finish with TPRC Z3R 4.0T motor and G6 Advanced Energy Series 65C 1S 6200mAhBattery
• Touring Stock –Mike Haynes TQ and 1st Place finish with TPRC Z3R 17.5T motor and G6 Pro Race Series 65C 2S 5300mAh 65C battery
• Oval Stock Spec 13.5 –Chris Clayton TQ and 1st Place finish with a TPRC Z3R 17.5T motor
• Outlaw Truck 13.5 – Jimmy Flack with the TQ and Steve Pemberton finished in 1st place both racing with TPRC’s Z3R 13.5T motor
• Stock Car 17.5 – Brian Deel TQ and won with the TPRC Z3R 17.5T motor
• Sportsman Truck 17.5 –James Stroud with the TQ and Ean Reilly finished in 1st place both racing with TPRC’s Z3R 17.5T motor
• 1/12th Scale 13.5 –Monti Panzica TQ and 1st Place finish with the TPRC Z3R 13.5T motor
• SK Car 17.5 –Randy Burke TQ and 1st Place finish the TPRC Z3R 17.5T motor
