Hello everyone and welcome to the November 2022 edition of The List. Last month had quite a few super cool products we could have added to The List – 8 in all – but we had to narrow it down to the Top 5 we thought were either very unique or just simply cool! Let’s check them out.

1. Tamiya Hotshot II Blockhead Motors Edition
Tamiya hit the nail on the head with this release. First, the Hotshot II has never been re-released before so that makes this kit desirable right from the get-go. Then, add the Blockhead Motors livery (with a few added details) and you’ve got yourself a real winner! We absolutely LOVE the look of this thing and know it’s going to be a major hit upon release, certainly deserving of a spot on this month’s The List!

2. SOR RC Products Bonneville 2.0 Universal Decal Kit
We love customizing our cars, making them our own and any time you can do that with reasonable ease makes the hobby fun – just like this universal decal kit from SOR RC Products. They offer a good selection of decal sets, like this Bonneville 2.0, that can easily change the look of your ride into something completely different. The car in this photo is the Team Associated Hoonigan Hoonicorn – you wouldn’t know it by SOR’s replacement decal kit, but that’s just our point – complete transformation! Deserving of a spot on this month’s The List!

3. Hot RC DS-4A One-Handed Transmitter
A unique product, the Hot RC DS-4A is a one-handed transmitter system that allows you to drive you car with – yup, you guessed it – one hand! It’s a 4-channel, pistol-grip system that has similarities to a flight stick – trigger for throttle and brake – with additional functions on the face – thumb stick for movement as well as pushbuttons, knobs and a D-pad for filtering through the trims. It’s an interesting design that we’re testing right now to not only see how well it works, but to also see how feasible it is to use while filming. More info coming soon! 4. GP3D RC10GX Stealth Replica Conversion Kit
The GP3D Stealth Replica kit is a conversion for your RC10, mimicking the car used by Masami Hirosaka during the 1989 World Championships. The kit contains all of the hard-to-find parts used on his car made from different materials for durability. It does require a donor car but, once done, looks so cool! A very odd and unique conversion, we can see quite a few people wanting one of these to replicate Masami’s race-winning ride. This kit certainly earns a place on this month’s The List!

5. Team Associated Apex2 Sport A550 Rally Car
Team Associated’s A550 starts life on the company’s new Apex2 Sport chassis, a budget setup that is designed to get people into the hobby while not breaking the bank. The chassis itself is cool, with a full compliment of Reedy electronics installed. On the outside, the A550 body looks amazing with a ton of add-on accessories for a great scale appearance. It’s even LED-lighting ready! Great looks, great performance and a great price – definitely deserving of a spot on this month’s The List!
